Every single one of us is infused with creativity. Divine Sparks are embedded in everyone and everything. As children we could see the splendor of being alive, we were aware of things we now dismiss, believing in our dreams and accessing our imaginations was not something we made time for, it was simply a way of being. The world was radiant with promise, and so were we. As adults, the light is not always easy to find, sometimes it’s hidden by:

Fear
Perfectionism
Procrastination
Resistance
Overwhelm
Self-sabottage

simplifying my life

As you have surely noticed, I have not added any new entries to this blog in a very long time!
For those who do not know, I have been pretty sick this year with MS. For now I have begun blogging again but just on one of my blogs. At this time, that is more than enough blogging for me to manage. I am still working with clients over the phone and via e-mail if you are interested in being coached. I would love to connect with you, so send me an email laura@shinethedivine.com

I may start up this blog again in the future, but for now if you want to find out what's new, creative and spiritual in my life feel free to visit me at Shine The Divine: Creativity as a Spiritual Practice. You can follow that blog using the google follow icon.

Gentle steps always,
Laura

thank goodness for good news

um...yeah...that's a tacky garden gnome in my winter garden.

Yes indeed humor ranks among the top nine catalysts (aka: muses) for unleashing rampant creativity.

I just discovered this website today...tickling the funny bone is always a direct line to my creative heart! Thanks Bea Silly. Check out the article about the ninja/kangaroo confusion!
and the public domain games article is particularly clever!
